Job Description
Yorke and Northern Local Health Network is seeking a Health Information Officer to join our Clinical Support Team in the Community & Allied Health Services Division. You will manage client data, medical records and referrals, acting as the first point of contact for clients and staff.

We offer casual, full time and part-time pools across sites including Port Pirie, Wallaroo, Clare and Minlaton, with ASO2 salary of $58,709–$63,154 per annum (pro rata) and casual loading.
