Job Description
WARRINGAH MALL MEATS PTY LTD – Brookvale NSW
Key Responsibilities: n
n
Cut, trim and shape standard cuts of meat to size
n
Process carcasses into primary and secondary cut
n
Pack and store products for display and sales
n
Order supplies from wholesalers using AUS-MEAT Language, as well as weigh and check stock on receipt
n
Assemble and operate mincers, grinders, mixers, patty-forming or sausage-forming machines, and bandsaws
n
Prepare marinated meats, value-added and ready-to-cook dishes
n
Handling and operating knives and cutting tools safely and efficiently
n
Conducting value-adding tasks (e.g. crumbing, marinating) when required
n
Weighing, labelling, and preparing meat for packaging and distribution
n
Qualifications & Work Experience: n
n
Relevant Qualifications minimum Certificate III or Higher
n
