Job Description n

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, culture, safety and profitability of the Orange branch.
n
This is an opportunity to establish a new operation, build a high-performing team and create strong customer relationships across the region.
n
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll take ownership of branch performance across sales growth, customer service, people leadership, inventory management, warehouse operations, safety and financial outcomes.
n




You'll play a key role in driving business growth while creating a workplace where team members feel supported, engaged and empowered to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing
n

Lead and develop a high-performing branch team
n
Drive sales growth, profitability and customer retention
n
Build strong relationships with customers and local businesses
n
Oversee warehouse operations, inventory and branch performance
n
Coach and support Internal Sales and Territory team members
n
Ensure a secure, compliant and productive workplace
n
Manage branch financial performance and operational outcomes
n
Identify new opportunities to grow the business in the Orange region
n

Qualifications n

About You
n
You'll bring:

Experience leading a branch, operations or customer-focused team
n
Strong leadership and people development skills
n
A track record of driving sales and customer growth
n
Warehouse, distribution or operational management experience
n
Sound commercial and financial understanding
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
A commitment to safety and customer service
n
n
Experience within automotive, aftermarket, trade, industrial, wholesale or distribution environments will be highly regarded.
