The Gaming Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive gaming experience for patrons. The Gaming Attendant must adhere to all industry regulations and maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Operate and maintain gaming machines, ensuring they are in proper working order.

Explain game rules and procedures to customers, providing guidance as needed.

Monitor gaming areas to ensure compliance with regulations and address any issues promptly.

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including payouts and exchanges.

Maintain a clean and organized gaming area, including restocking supplies as necessary.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering assistance.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

Stay updated on industry trends, new games, and regulations to provide accurate information to customers.

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure environment for both customers and staff.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of gaming regulations and procedures is a plus.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move heavy objects if required.
