What you'll be doing:
n
n
Leading daily operations with energy, professionalism, and a solid floor presence
n
Driving guest satisfaction and strong NPS/Google ratings through great food, fast service, and genuine hospitality
n
Ensuring food, beverage, and service standards are consistently high across all areas
n
Coaching FOH & BOH teams through on-shift training, regular feedback, and leading by example
n
Managing recruitment, onboarding, and progression of high-performing team members
n
Owning rosters, payroll accuracy, and team scheduling in line with labour targets
n




Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and venue compliance standards
n
Overseeing inventory, stock control, and cost management
n
Running team meetings and cultural initiatives that drive engagement and alignment
n
Setting and executing goals that support financial success and business growth
n
Working at least 3 peak shifts per week to lead from the front when it counts most
n

What you bring

Experience in hospitality or restaurant leadership (1-3 years preferred)
n
Strong people skills and a team-first attitude
n
A calm, solutions-focused mindset under pressure
