About the Role
n
As a
Grade 2 Registered Nurse
you'll play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our residents. This hands-on leadership position involves guiding a team of personal care workers and delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical care.
n

Key Selection Criteria (KSC)
n

1. Qualifications and Compliance
n
n
Current AHPRA registration.
n
Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards.
n
A valid National Police Check (dated within two months) or willingness to obtain.
n
Permanent residency or Australian citizenship (
sponsorship not available
)
Applicants must currently reside in Australia to be considered.
n

2. Skills and Experience
n
n
Proven ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks, and lead a team.
n
Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reporting skills.
n
Proficiency in de-escalation techniques.
n
n
n
3.Technical Proficiency
n
n
Familiarity with aged care software systems.
n
Solid understanding of occupational health and safety (OHS) and compliance requirements.
n
n
