Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is seeking a CAMHS Youth Mental Health Initiative Clinician to deliver specialist youth mental health care to ***** year olds within the headspace platform on the Central Coast.
In this role you will provide rapid response assessment, assertive outreach, intensive case management and evidence-based therapy in a multidisciplinary team, coordinating with CAMHS, headspace, GPs, schools and community services to improve access and continuity of care.
