Mission Australia is seeking a dedicated practitioner to provide intake, safety planning, and ongoing support for clients and families, promoting transition to independence and linkages with other services.
This role requires NSW driver license and First Aid, with checks prior to commencement.
You will deliver group programs, maintain accurate documentation, and work within trauma-informed, recovery-oriented practice while safeguarding the wellbeing of clients and staff.
