Ruah is seeking a dedicated Support Coordinator to deliver psychosocial recovery support across the Perth metro area.
You will work with Peer Recovery Workers and external providers to help clients achieve goals and strengthen wellbeing.
This full-time, 12-month maximum-term contract requires travel across the Perth region and a person-centred, team-oriented approach for clients with complex needs.
