Kyabram District Health Service is seeking a part time Central Intake Officer to manage the referral intake process for outpatient services and support reception duties across multiple channels.
You will handle fax and email referrals and ensure timely, accurate processing.
In this role you will work within a supportive Client Services team, uphold confidentiality, and maintain a customer-focused approach to enable easy access to services for all clients.
