Parmar Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a long established and highly regarded Sussex law firm seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their Brighton office.
n
This is an excellent prospect for a solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in residential property who is looking to join a stable, supportive firm offering genuine long term career development.

Working closely with an experienced Head of Department, you will manage your own caseload of residential property matters while contributing to the continued growth and success of the department.
The Role n
n
Residential sales and purchases
n
Freehold and leasehold transactions
n
Transfers of equity
n
Current build transactions
n
Shared ownership matters
n
Client communication throughout the transaction process
n
Managing matters from instruction through to completion
n
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
n
What We Are Looking For n
n
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
n
Minimum 3 years' PQE within residential conveyancing
n




Proven ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision
n
Strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
n
Excellent communication and client care skills
n
Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
Salary & Benefits n

£55,000 to £60,000 depending on experience plus Bonus Scheme
