The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join a well established property organisation in a senior in-house role.
Working within a collaborative and high performing team, you will manage residential property transactions from contract through to settlement while building strong relationships.
Your duties will include:
Managing end to end conveyancing matters across a high volume residential portfolio
Preparing, reviewing and issuing contracts, disclosures, variations and settlement documentation
Coordinating settlements through PEXA and managing critical dates and conditions
Liaising with purchasers, solicitors and financiers to facilitate seamless transactions
Utilising systems such as CTS, Salesforce and other conveyancing platforms to manage matters efficiently
Monitoring settlement deadlines and ensuring compliance requirements are met
Supporting and mentoring junior team members while contributing to a collaborative culture
Managing competing priorities and maintaining exceptional accuracy during peak settlement periods
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current Licensed Conveyancer qualifications
Minimum 3 to 4 years' experience managing conveyancing matters independently end to end
Robust experience running residential property transactions from start to finish
Previous private practice experience, with in house experience highly regarded
Proficiency with PEXA and strong technical skills across conveyancing systems
Experience using Salesforce,



CTS or similar platforms
Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
A calm, organised and solutions focused approach in a fast paced environment
A willingness to support and guide junior team members
