Job Description
Bells at Killcare, a 29-room luxury property located in a stunning coastal setting, located just 90 minutes north of Sydney. The role involves leading operations across the Wildflower Bar & Dining (open seven days for breakfast & dinner and Friday, Saturday and Sunday lunch) and Bells Bakery.
Key responsibilities n
Lead from the front in a high-volume, high-quality multi-outlet operation with a hands-on style
n
Motivate, train and develop the team
n
Be involved in all facets of day-to-day operations - restaurant, events, weddings and conferences
n
Maintain exceptional customer service standards
n
Manage attention to detail across all operations
About you n
Proven leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in a similar high-volume, high-quality multi-outlet operation
n
Amazing customer service skills with a bright and friendly demeanor
n
Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
n
Strong work ethic and high level of self-motivation
n




Ability to understand and implement company goals and direction
n
A strong knowledge of food & beverage trends
