About the role:
We are seeking a reliable and safety‐focused Warehouse Dock Hand to join our Sydney operations on a permanent full-time basis.
This is a hands‐on, operational role supporting the efficient handling, movement, and tracking of freight within our warehouse environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
Sorting, handling, and staging freight for dispatch and delivery
Scanning freight using COPE's track and trace system
Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and trolleys
Following safety procedures and operating tools to ensure efficient workflows
Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily operational requirements
What you will bring to this role:
A solid work ethic and a self‐motivated approach




A current and valid forklift licence is required for this role
Demonstrated high reach forklift experience in a warehouse environment (essential)
Flexibility with working hours and operational requirements
Experience in the freight industry or removals environment is preferred but not essential
Confidence in adapting to new systems and technology
Good physical fitness with previous experience in manual or physical labour roles
Attention to detail, including working with paperwork and consignment notes
