Vasey RSL Care Ltd in Melbourne is seeking a Community Services RN to visit participants' homes, perform clinical assessments and coordinate referrals to allied health professionals.
You will work with the wider team to meet participants' cultural, emotional, physical, social and spiritual goals, delivering person-led, protected and effective care.
Applicants must be a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and at least 3 years' RN experience, hold a valid driver's licence and be eligible
