Employment status: Casual with a view to permanent part-time for suitable candidates.
Duties and responsibilities:
Domestic assistance: assist with domestic cleaning, meal preparation, laundry etc
Social support: assist with transportation for appointments, shopping and outings
Personal care:



assist with showering, toileting, transferring, incontinence care, feeding and assist with mobility and physical exercise etc.
Medication prompting and supervision
Companionship and dementia care
Sleep over shifts and 24 hour care, as required
Selection criteria:
The successful candidates should possess but not limited to the following:
Certificate III in Aged Care / Certificate IV in Home and Community Care or equivalent, or working towards it
Current driver's license, good driving record, own vehicle and full insurance (essential)
Current First Aid Certificate, or working towards it
Police Check conducted within the last 3 months
Immediate start
Adaptable working hours, preferable to parents with school drop off and pick ups
Paid mileage
Working in your community
Professional development and potential opportunities to become a Care Coordinator or Case Manager
