The Opportunity
You will work closely withsenior team members and Directors to deliver high-quality accounting andadvisory services across a broad range of clients and industries.
Preparing financial statements, income taxreturns, and BAS for a variety of entity structures
Assisting with taxation, compliance, andbusiness advisory engagements
Managing day-to-day client communicationsand responding to client queries
Supporting a portfolio of business clientsacross multiple industries
Assisting with tax planning and advisoryprojects
Preparing management reports, budgets, andcashflow forecasts
Working alongside Senior Accountants andDirectors on more complex taxation and commercial matters
Identifying opportunities to improvesystems, workflows, and efficiencies
Contributing to technology, automation,and AI initiatives across the firm
Building strong client relationshipsthrough proactive communication and exceptional service




Ensuring compliance deadlines and clientdeliverables are achieved
Maintaining accurate and high-qualityworkpapers and documentation
Supporting and collaborating with juniorteam members where required
Participating in ongoing training andprofessional development opportunities
About You
You're an experienced publicpractice accountant who is looking to continue building your technicalexpertise while becoming increasingly involved in client relationships andadvisory work.
You Will Bring
CA or CPA qualified, or actively workingtowards completion
5+ years' experience within Australianpublic practice accounting
Solid experience preparing financialstatements, income tax returns, and BAS across a range of entitystructures
Sound technical knowledge of Australiantaxation, compliance, and financial reporting requirements
Experience managing your own workflow andclient responsibilities with minimal supervision
Confidence communicating with clients,stakeholders, and business owners
Strong attention to detail and commitmentto delivering high-quality work
Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills
A proactive approach to problem solvingand continuous improvement
Interest in technology, automation, andthe future of the accounting profession
Strong relationship-building abilities andcommitment to client service
