Bailey Nelson is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Southland store in Melbourne.
You will lead the team, support the Store Manager and Optometrist, and ensure a seamless customer journey from eye tests to frame selection and dispensing.
This full‐time role requires a confident, customer‐focused leader who can drive KPIs and sales while delivering an outstanding eyewear experience.
Expect hands‐on training and opportunities for internal progression as we grow across ANZ.
