Orange Sky Australia is seeking a HR Advisor on a 9-month fixed-term contract to support an inclusive, high-performing culture and drive core HR operations across our team and volunteers.
You will work with leaders on people management, policy improvements, and workforce wellbeing while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
A minimum of 5 years HR experience and tertiary HR qualifications are desirable, with a solid emphasis on stakeholder engagement and mediation.
