We're looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Adelaide operations.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the National Operations & Services Manager, you'll play a key role in leading day-to-day operations while identifying opportunities to improve, strengthen team capability and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Drive a solid safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS, CoR, and food safety requirements.
Lead, coach and develop site teams, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.
Drive operational performance through the achievement of key site KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing initiatives that deliver results
Manage site budgets, labour planning, productivity, and operational costs to drive efficiency and achieve performance targets
Support site maintenance, facilities management, and capital improvement projects to ensure a safe,



efficient, and high-performing operation.
Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and production teams to ensure seamless end-to-end operations
Partner with internal stakeholders including Trading, Sales, Quality and Finance to optimise operational performance and customer service.
Desired Skills and Experience
About You
5+ years'Operations Management experience.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead, coach and develop teams in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Solid leadership skills with the ability to inspire high performance, implement improvements, and create a culture of accountability
A continuous improvement mindset with a track record of improving operational performance.
Strong understanding of operational performance, productivity, workforce planning, and cost management.
Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence outcomes across all levels of the organisation.
Experience working in FMCG, fresh produce, food manufacturing, logistics or a similar fast-paced environment is highly regarded.
