Be the face and the voice of Australia's largest doctor-led cosmetic medicine group.
This is not a behind-the-camera role.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable in front of it, knows how to hold an audience, and wants to own a brand's social presence outright rather than execute someone else's brief.
Contour Clinics is a doctor-led cosmetic medicine group of eight clinics across New South Wales and Queensland.
We have the access, the practitioners and the stories.
What we are seeking is a single recognisable voice bringing people inside the business, through social media.
What you will own
You will take full ownership of our social media presence – the strategy, the calendar, the content and the results on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
You will be the one deciding what gets made, making it, publishing it and then reading and reporting on the numbers afterwards.
Day to day that means:
Fronting content across our clinics – explaining, interviewing, reacting, taking people behind the scenes
Travelling travel across our clinics to capture content on company-issued equipment, working phone-native and at the pace social demands
Shooting yourself, on a phone, the way best practice social is made
Editing short-form and writing the hooks and captions that go with it
Interviewing our doctors and practitioners and getting watchable, shareable content out of them
Owning the posting cadence and the calendar
Reading performance and doing more of what works

Cosmetic medicine in Australia is tightly regulated.
We cannot show before-and-afters.
We cannot name products or treatments.
We cannot use patient testimonials about results.
The easy answer is secure content that nobody watches.
We want someone who treats it as the creative problem rather than the excuse – who can build an audience on personality, access, curiosity and genuine education instead of falling back on transformation reveals.
We think you will be a fit if you
Are confident and natural on camera and want to be publicly associated with a brand
Can point to a social account you have grown – your own or a client's – and explain how
Understand short-form properly: hooks, retention, pacing, formats, and why some accounts work and most do not
Shoot and edit your own content to a high standard on a phone
Can make an ordinary working day into something worth watching
Are comfortable and discreet around patients and clinical staff
Have ideas and will argue for them
Are happy working inside strict content rules and having assets reviewed before they go out
Experience in health or aesthetics is useful but not required.
We can teach the clinical side.
The instinct for what makes something worth watching is the part we are hiring for.
