Key Responsibilities:
Hydraulic component installation, system commissioning and repairs
Assist with the development of new machinery and equipment to support farm operations
Mechanical assembly of components on harvesting and related equipment
Collaborate with stakeholders to meet specifications and standards
Support general repairs and maintenance across farm machinery
Share your knowledge and support other workshop team members
What We're Looking For:
Trade-qualified Fitter
or
highly skilled individuals with equivalent hands‐on experience
Strong hydraulic experience (installation, commissioning and repairs)
Strong problem‐solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with engineering drawings and fabrication standards
