NSW Health is seeking a Registered Nurse – Community Mental Health to join the Wellington team.
You will support adults with severe and complex mental health needs in the local community, conducting assessments and delivering person-centred care with emphasis on autonomy and wellbeing.
Working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, you will collaborate with senior clinicians, participate in care planning, crisis intervention and case management, and access ongoing career development.
