Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.

Monitor and report changes in clients' health and well-being to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
n
Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in clients' conditions.
n




Support clients in social and recreational activities to promote engagement and well-being.
n
Ensure a safe and clean living setting for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
n

Qualifications:
n
n
Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
n
Previous experience in aged care or a similar role is preferred.
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Compassionate and patient approach to care.
n
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
n
NDIS Working with Children's Check (WWCC).
n
NDIS Workers Screening Check.
n
National Police Check.
n
