Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food and beverage service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and take their orders

Prepare and serve food and beverages
n
Ensure that all food and beverages are served in a timely and efficient manner
n
Maintain a clean and organised work environment
n
Handle cash and credit card transactions
n




Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
n
Follow all food safety and other policy and procedure guidelines
n
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
n

Qualifications:
n
n
At least 1 years' experience working behind the bar
n
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol is a mandatory requirement
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
n
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
Ability to work flexible hours, especially weekends and holidays
n
