About You:
n
• Hold a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management.
n
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Broker.
n
• Accredited with AFG preferred but not essential.
n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
n
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
n
• Exposure to Construction Loans and house and land packages would be beneficial but not essential.
n
• Good understanding of Equity Release and complex loan structuring.
n
• Drive and ambition. You will need to shift gears into Overdrive.
n
Your Responsibilities:
n
• Assist clients with a wide range of lending needs, including residential owner occupied and investment loans.
n
• Provide detailed analysis of clients Borrowing Power formatted according to the requirements of the referrer.
n
• Hold client interviews, either face to face or via video conferencing for potential and existing clients.
n
• Provide tailored financial solutions to suit individual client circumstances.
n
• Work with lenders to submit quality finance applications to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
n
• Liaise with Client and all third parties as required to get finance applications approved and settled in a timely manner.
n
• Maintaining and servicing the trail book.
n
• Maintain compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
