Ice Box Liquor is looking for customer service assistants across ALL our stores
n
If you are:
n
n
• A customer service superstar
n
• Have your RSA competency card or are happy to obtain this
n
• Are versatile with working hours, including
days/evenings/weekends/public
holidays
n
• Detail-oriented and motivated to make a store shine
n
• Fit and able to manually move stock
n
• Have retail or similar experience
n
• Then, we have a role for you at our Ice Box Liquor store.
n
n
As part of our customer service team, you will:
n
• Provide superior service to all our customers
n
• Develop rapport and ongoing customer relationships with our locals
n
• Maintain eye-catching merchandising (make suggestions – we value your input!)
n
• Ensure stock is managed and maintained daily, including;
n
• Receiving stock loads
n
• Replenishment
n




• Tidying and cleaning
n
• Learning and maintaining knowledge of wine, spirits and craft beer – staying up to date with trends
n
n
