Norfolk Tavern in Gold Coast is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to lead busy shifts, mentor the hospitality crew, and partner with venue leaders to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
You will oversee floor operations, resolve issues swiftly, and ensure safety and a vibrant atmosphere across dining, gaming, and outdoor spaces.
Applicants should have supervisory experience, a proven track record of guest service excellence, and hold RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence as required
