Job Description
We are looking for a warm, reliable and experienced full-time or part-time nanny/family assistant to become a valued part of our family in Wamuran, QLD. The primary role is caring for our 2-year-old and 2-month-old baby, with some care of our 10-year-old during school holidays and other times as required. Mum works from home and will be available throughout the day when needed, particularly to feed the baby.
Key responsibilities n
Providing loving and attentive care for our baby and 2-year-old
n
Playing, reading and providing age-appropriate activities
n
Taking the children outside, for walks and to suitable activities/outings
n
Preparing snacks and easy meals for the children
n
Assisting with naps and daily routines
n
Nappy changes and general baby/toddler care
n
Caring for our 10-year-old when required, particularly during school holidays
n
Keeping children's play areas, toys and belongings organised
n
Keeping the kitchen tidy and cleaning up after meals
n
Washing, drying, folding and putting away laundry

Warm,

n
Experienced and confident with babies and toddlers
n
Reliable, organised and able to use initiative
n
Comfortable working alongside a mum who works from home
n
An animal lover and comfortable around dogs and farm animals
n
Holds a current driver's licence and has a reliable vehicle
n
Holds a current Blue Card
n
Holds current First Aid and CPR certification
n
Holds a current National Police Check
n
Able to provide recent, contactable references
n
