A national home care organisation covering community nursing, disability and aged care needs Home Care Employees for its expanding service in Mandurah, Western Australia. Because care is delivered 24/7, the employer needs people who can work wide-ranging rosters, active night shifts included.

Provide personal and clinical care inside each client's home
n
Record visits and maintain care plans accurately
n
Liaise with clients, family members and healthcare professionals
n
Uphold safety, dignity and well-being throughout every visit
n
Cover a variety of shifts, including active nights
n

Driver's Licence (current) and a reliable vehicle
n
National Criminal History Check (current), together with First Aid & CPR Certificates
n
Nursing Registration where applicable
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Computer literacy and confidence with digital systems for care notes and communication
n
Experience in nursing or home care, preferred but not essential
