Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and serve customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies, alongside light meals and baked goods.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area, including tables, counters, and equipment.

- Handle pos transactions and operate the point-of-sale system with a high level of accuracy.

- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and ordering supplies as needed.
n
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and a positive work environment.

- Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy.

- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.

- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and maintain knowledge of menu items.

Qualifications:

- Barista training or experience is a plus.

- Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification (if applicable).

- A passion for coffee and a desire to learn about different brewing techniques.

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends .
n
