About the roleWe are seeking a Head Chef who will play a vital role in supporting the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations in Monarto Safari Resort.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a chef who can lead a busy kitchen operation while maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency and team performance.
The Head Chef is committed to maintaining the highest standards of food production, compliance, and hygiene.
