Our client is an infrastructure engineering and construction contractor delivering transport, civil and energy projects. Its teams work across design, construction and project delivery in Australia.
The Opportunity n
Lead strategic and operational people outcomes across corporate functions and Victorian infrastructure projects from a Melbourne office base. Reporting to senior HR leadership, you will partner with executives and project leaders throughout the employee lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities n
n
Provide commercially informed HR advice across corporate teams and project operations.
n
Lead workforce planning, organisation design, mobilisation and resourcing inputs to tenders.
n
Manage complex employee and industrial relations, award compliance and policy matters.
n
Act as the senior HR contact for Victorian delivery teams and regional sites.
n
Guide performance cycles, succession, talent development and remuneration benchmarking.
n
Deliver learning initiatives and inclusive people practices.
n
RequirementsSkills,
Education And Requirements n
n
A tertiary qualification in HR, Industrial Relations, Business or a related discipline.
n
At least eight years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR business partner or HR manager work in construction, engineering or infrastructure.
n
Strong Australian employment law, modern award and workplace compliance knowledge.
n
Experience in bid resourcing, workforce planning and project
mobilisation/demobilisation.
n
Ability to coach and influence executives and project directors.
n
