The Opportunity n
Take a renewable energy project from early contractor involvement through construction and commissioning. The position begins in Melbourne during planning and design development, then moves to a site leadership role in Mortlake, Victoria.
Your Responsibilities n
n
Bring clients, consultants and contractors together around an achievable delivery plan.
n
Contribute to design development, constructability reviews and pre-construction planning.
n
Lead site teams, programmes and execution strategies through commissioning.
n
Oversee procurement, budgets, forecasts and project costs.
n
Manage contract obligations, variations, delivery risks and opportunities.
n
Maintain strong HSE performance and report progress, commercial outcomes and emerging issues.
n
Introduce practical improvements to delivery processes.
n
RequirementsSkills,
Education And Requirements n
n
Experience managing major infrastructure, energy or renewable projects.
n
Utility‐scale solar or other renewable generation experience is highly regarded.
n
Understanding of early contractor involvement, construction and commissioning.
n
Strong contractual judgement and experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
n
Relevant qualification in engineering, construction management or a related field.
n
Ability to move from cooperative office planning to hands‐on site leadership in Mortlake.
n
