High profile ASX listed property and development business on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Finance Manager to support the Development Finance team due to an internal secondment.
This role reports into the Head of Finance of the Division and plays a key role in delivering accurate, insightful management reporting and analysis.Key Duties Oversee monthly and annual management reporting consolidation (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs, variance analysis) Prepare performance commentary on key drivers, trends, and risks Assist in producing executive and board level reporting packs Maintain accuracy, consistency,



and integrity of financial information across reporting cycles Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis as required Reconcile capital and cash across the current forecast and five year plan Support year end investor reporting To be considered for this role: You will have 10 years experience in financial control, management accounting, or reporting Robust expertise in management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Previous property development finance experience highly regarded.
