We re looking for a Customer Service & Administration Coordinator to join a busy residential construction team based in Norwest.
This is a great opportunity for a junior administrator or customer service professional with an interest in the residential construction industry.
You will be the person behind the scenes keeping things organised, making sure documentation is in order and helping different teams stay on track.
You ll be working across a variety of areas including customer service, contracts, administration and reception, so no two days will look exactly the same.About the role: Supporting the customer service team with day-to-day administration Preparing and organising customer and project documentation Assisting with contracts, tenders and other important project paperwork Liaising with external contractors and following up outstanding information Coordinating reports,



applications and approvals Assisting customers and internal teams with general queries Providing reception support when required, including answering and directing calls Keeping records and documentation up to date Helping with general office administration and ensuring the team has what they need to keep things moving About You: Previous experience in administration, customer service, reception or a similar role with in construction is desirable Robust communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership What's on Offer: Up to $70k + Super Training and career progression Norwest location, onsite parking A large, busy project home builder offering role security Apply now or reach out to Rebecca at for a confidential conversation.
