As the first point of contact for our guests, the Doorperson plays a pivotal role in setting the tone for the Crown Towers experience.
You'll deliver seamless arrivals and departures, offer thoughtful assistance, and ensure every guest feels genuinely welcomed from the moment they arrive.This is a part time position ****** hours per fortnight) requiring flexibility to work across a 7-day roster.
In this role,



you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests as well as:Providing a warm and engaging arrival and departure experienceManaging the flow of traffic on the hotel drivewayAssisting with guest enquiries and providing directionsSettling payment for hotel guests and casual parkers Support the Bell Services team in delivering five-star serviceAbout youYou'll bring the following:A positive attitude and genuine care for guest experienceAn ability to multitask and work under pressureAn ability to make quick decisions and remain composed at all timesClear and confident communication with guests and colleaguesTo be successful, you'll:Have a current Australian unrestricted manual driver's license (no P plates)Have previous experience working in a front facing customer service positionBe well presented and impeccably groomedHave excellent communication & interpersonal skillsBe available to work across a rotating rosterOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
