Shamrock Joinery is a custom timber window and door manufacturer based on the Central Coast, working across high-end residential and architectural projects.

We're looking for a reliable Factory Hand / Labourer to join our team and support day-to-day operations on the factory floor.
About the Role n
This is a hands‐on role assisting across multiple areas of the factory. You'll be working alongside our team to keep things running smoothly and support production where needed.
n
The role includes:
n

Emptying bins and maintaining general cleanliness across the factory
n
Assisting with spray painting
n
Fitting seals into frames
n
Keeping workstations stocked and organised
n
Tailing out and assisting machine operators
n
Stacking and moving timber
n
Supporting different sections including sash & door and framing
n
Assisting with loading trucks for delivery
n
n
This is a physical role and requires someone comfortable being on their feet and working in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a factory or joinery environment is helpful, but not essential.
