Job Description
CFC Underwriting in Melbourne is seeking a Platform Support Specialist to join the Connect Platform team. You will support the end-to-end underwriting process on the platform, engage with brokers, and help deliver an exceptional digital broker experience.

Reporting to the Platform Support Manager, you will handle live chats, inquiries, referrals and documentation, while ensuring accurate processing and timely responses. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and insurance exposure are advantageous.
