With a strong pipeline of residential and industrial subdivision projects and medium-to-high density developments across Melbourne's South East growth corridor and Gippsland, this is a outstanding opportunity to join a reputable, family-run business with genuine project longevity.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end delivery of civil subdivision and medium density projects, from mobilisation through to completionOversee project programming, budgets, cost control and subcontractor managementCoordinate civil works including roadworks, kerbing and concrete paving, stormwater drainage, sewer reticulation, earthworks and underground power reticulationLiaise directly with clients, developers, engineers, authorities and internal site teamsEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time,
