An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded commercial builder delivering a robust pipeline of fitout and refurbishment projects across Melbourne.This is a key appointment for a Project Manager who is looking to take ownership of major projects, work closely with senior leadership and be part of a business that values quality, relationships and delivering exceptional outcomes.The RoleYou will take full ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, commercially and to a high standard.Key responsibilities include:Lead and manage commercial fitout & refurbishment projects valued at $15M+Manage projects from pre-construction through to handoverDrive project programmes, budgets, procurement and commercial outcomesLead and mentor project teams, including CA and site-based staffBuild and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationshipsManage subcontractors, consultants and project deliverablesIdentify and mitigate project risksEnsure projects are delivered on time,
