We're looking for a Territory Manager to develop new business across the southern Murray-Darling Basin, while building strong relationships with growers and existing customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop & implement a territory sales planBuild & manage a qualified sales pipelineMeet with growers, farm managers, agronomists & agribusinessesGrow existing customer base & current business opportunitiesBuild relationships with industry partners & referral networksRepresent the business at field days, conferences & industry eventsMaintain accurate CRM records, forecasts & sales activityWork closely with technical, marketing & customer success teamsLead & support team members within the territory About You You'll have experience in sales, business development, territory management or account management, along with a strong understanding of irrigated agriculture or horticulture.
You'll also bring:Experience developing new business & managing a sales pipelineStrong relationship-building & communication skillsExperience with agricultural technology,
