Based in office in Melbourne's inner west, this is a full-time temporary assignment suited to a confident and highly organised EA who can step into a fast-paced environment, quickly build relationships and work autonomously.Your responsibilities will include:Complex diary and calendar managementCoordinating meetings, appointments and schedulesManaging correspondence and competing prioritiesLiaising with senior internal and external stakeholdersPreparing documentation and providing general executive supportProactively managing priorities on behalf of the CEOAbout you - To be successful, you'll bring:You will be an experienced Executive Assistant who is comfortable supporting at CEO or senior executive level.
You'll have exceptional organisational and communication skills,



strong attention to detail and the ability to confidently manage changing priorities with minimal direction.
