Description We are seeking a customer-focused professional to provide uniform fittings, admin support, and exceptional customer service.
This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate customer records and supporting the delivery of ADA's contract services.
Conducting garment fittings, measurements, and apparel sizing Coordinate day-to-day office tasks, email triage and competing priorities Act as the first point of contact for agencies contracted by ADA with a strong focus on professional service Greet visitors and personnel,



maintaining accurate visitor attendance records Weekly stock analysis and reporting to ensure all KPI's are met and all inventory is level Skills And Experiences 2-3 years' experience in customer service, retail, or administration preferred but not required Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
Able to perform admin tasks independently Rights to work in Australia and current national police check or ability to obtain Solid written and verbal communication skills Strong time management skills
