Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The Forklift Driver will work in a fast-paced workplace and must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

- Operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks and manage palletised freight
- Perform put-away and retrieval tasks within the warehouse
- Inspect and maintain the forklift to ensure it is in good working condition
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Follow all WHS policies and site procedures

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid forklift operator certification




- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and physically capable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Freight or 3PL experience is a bonus
