DRAMA ASSISTANT - VOCAL DIRECTOR. Seeking Drama Assistant for Spring Musical with experience in music/vocal directing. This role helps create a safe, positive, and creative environment where students can build confidence, learn performance skills, and develop teamwork. Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree of Music or related field from a regionally accredited program / university - PREF. Certification: No certification necessary. Experience: Minimum three (3) years documented experience working in theatrical performing arts, particularly for young audiences. Robust understanding of directing vocal music for young singers. Demonstrated leadership skills and the management of large groups of students. Passion for and commitment to creating high-quality theatrical experiences for young audiences / REQUIRED. Preferred - Previous experience working with beginning level singers.
