About the Role

As a Chef de Partie (Pizza Chef), you will be responsible for:

- Preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas to brand and venue standards
- Managing dough preparation, toppings, cooking, and presentation
- Maintaining consistency and quality across all pizza offerings
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards are adhered to at all times
- Assisting with stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage
- Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Training and mentoring junior kitchen team members

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Pizza Chef in a commercial kitchen environment
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (mandatory)




- Strong knowledge of pizza preparation techniques, dough making, and wood-fired or stone oven cooking
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and strong team-focused mindset
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
