Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Barista to lead our coffee team and ensure the highest quality of coffee and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent leadership skills, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and train a team of baristas to ensure consistent quality and customer service
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and coffee bean suppliers.
- Create and maintain a welcoming and clean coffee shop environment
- Manage inventory and ordering of coffee and supplies
- Develop and implement new coffee recipes and menu items
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain equipment and perform regular maintenance and cleaning




- Implement quality control measures for coffee preparation and service.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Head Barista or in a senior coffee-making role.
- Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Certification in Advanced Barista Skills or equivalent.
