Shed Bonanza, a leader in the Victorian construction and engineering field for over 43 years, is seeking a Sales Support including Building Permits Coordinator. This unique role blends sales administration with permit coordination, forming a crucial bridge between sales, customers, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

Assisting Sales Representatives in drawing site plans, preparing quotes, and maintaining relationships with customers.

Facilitating the after-sales process, including processing sales-related information through Salesforce.

Building Permits Coordination:

Managing the building permit process, including applications, documentation, and liaising with local authorities.

Coordinating with customers during the building permit applications and resolving any issues.

Administrative Duties:

General administration, such as taking minutes in meetings, handling customer issues and complaints, and supporting Sales in miscellaneous requirements.

Liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.

Qualifications & Competencies:

3-5 years administrative experience, preferably within the construction and building industry.

Experience in permits either in housing, renovations, or pool building is advantageous.





Excellent communication and time management/prioritisation skills.

Intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel computer skills.

Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities.
