About The Opportunity

We are partnering with an established organisation seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join its team in Scoresby.

This is an opportunity to become an integral part of a customer-focused team, supporting commercial clients and ensuring their day-to-day requirements are managed efficiently.

You'll work across customer support, account coordination and internal operations, with plenty of variety and interaction across the business.

Your Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
- Act as a key contact for customer requests, queries and account-related matters.
- Oversee customer transactions and coordinate requirements across internal departments.
- Work closely with commercial, operational and logistics teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Manage customer cases and maintain accurate information within Salesforce.
- Investigate customer issues and coordinate timely resolutions.




- Monitor outstanding requests and proactively follow up to ensure a positive customer experience.

About You:

- Experience in Customer Service, Account Support, Internal Sales or Customer Operations.
- Salesforce experience is highly regarded.
- Solid understanding of customer order processes within a product-based environment.
- Confident communicating with commercial customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- SAP or similar ERP experience will be highly regarded.
- Proactive, personable and comfortable working in a busy team environment.
